Join us in Davis for the UC Davis Veterinary Conference – AggieVET NorCal 2027, returning for its second year as a premier gathering for the veterinary community.

Hosted by the UC Davis Weill School of Veterinary Medicine Center for Veterinary Postgraduate Education, this growing annual event continues to deliver high-quality continuing education while fostering meaningful connections across the field.

This dynamic two-day conference offers forward-thinking sessions, collaborative discussions, and a strong sense of community—all set within a vibrant Northern California academic environment.

CONFERENCE TRACKS

The conference will span two full days and feature four specialized tracks, each thoughtfully designed to align with a range of interests and areas of expertise.

The Technician Track schedule has now been released! The final two lectures for this track will be added soon, so be sure to check back for the complete schedule.

Detailed schedules for the remaining tracks will be announced in the coming months. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to add this year’s topics and sessions.

Parking

If you plan to drive, the closest Visitor Parking Lots are 51 and 57. Parking permits are required Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Parking is free on the weekends. However, parking permits may be required if there are any campus events unrelated to this course during the weekend. You are responsible for paying for a parking permit should it be required; please check for signs in the parking lot.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • IN-PERSON ATTENDEES
    Attendance is recorded at the conference check-in area when you arrive at the conference.
    You are responsible with signing in each day in order to receive CE credit for your participation.

    Participants are responsible for confirming whether individual programs are accepted for CE credit by their state licensing board.

    CE certificates will be emailed to participants approximately two weeks after the conference.

    VIRTUAL ATTENDEES

    The virtual symposium will be live and interactive in Pacific Time and will count for full CE credit. The symposium will be hosted through Zoom.

    Webinar attendance is automatically recorded through Zoom when you join a session. Please do not join by phone or dial in, as attendance cannot be tracked by phone number. To receive CE credit, you must participate through Zoom using a computer or mobile device.

    Participants are responsible for confirming whether individual programs are accepted for CE credit by their state licensing board.

    Before the event, please ensure your web browser is up to date and that Zoom has permission to access your device’s speakers and microphone. If you have never attended a Zoom conference before, we recommend testing your computer or mobile device in advance.

    CE certificates will be emailed to participants approximately two weeks after the conference.

  • Virtual Symposium Information
  • The virtual symposium will be live (Pacific Time) and interactive; it will count for full CE credit. We will use Zoom to host the virtual symposium. If you have never attended a Zoom conference before, test your computer or mobile device here.

    You can watch the virtual symposium on your computer. Ensure your web browser is up to date and that you enable your computer to allow Zoom to have access to your speakers/mic for sound.
  • Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • IN-PERSON ATTENDEES

    A refund will be made, less a $45.00 processing fee, if the cancellation request is received two weeks before the program start date, otherwise, the payment will be non-refundable. 

    Registration is non-refundable after the program start date, including for No Shows. This means that cancellations made before the program begins on the start date are also non-refundable. 

    All requests must be submitted in writing. Submit cancellation requests via email to [email protected].

    VIRTUAL ATTENDEES

    A refund will be made, less a $25.00 processing fee, if the cancellation request is received two weeks before the program start date, otherwise, a refund will be made, less a $55.00 processing fee. 

    Registration is non-refundable after the program start date, including for No Shows. This means that cancellations made before the program begins on the start date are also non-refundable.

  • Virtual Meeting Technical Issues and Refund Policy
  • We understand that technical issues can sometimes arise, and we are committed to providing the best experience possible for all our attendees. As a result, we offer the following refund policy:

    ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

    Refunds will be considered if you are unable to log in to the virtual conference under the following circumstances:

    Login Issues:  If you are unable to log in despite following the provided instructions and troubleshooting steps.

    Platform Downtime: If the platform encounters significant downtime preventing access to the event for a prolonged period, as determined by our technical support team.

    REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

    If you are unable to log in to the conference, please follow these steps to request a refund:

    1. Contact the CVPE Team: Reach out to us at [email protected] immediately upon experiencing issues. Provide a detailed description of the problem, the troubleshooting steps you have taken, and your phone number. To be eligible for a refund, you must include evidence of your communication with the CVPE team and any proof of your inability to log in (e.g., a screenshot of login error messages). All requests must be submitted in writing.

    2. Timeframe for Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within the first 4 hours of the event’s scheduled timeframe, on the same day as the conference. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

    3. Verification: Our CVPE team will review the issue. If it is determined that the login failure was due to a platform error or system-wide issue, you will be eligible for a refund.

    4. Partial Attendance: If you were able to attend part of the event but encountered issues accessing a portion of the meeting, we will evaluate each case individually. Partial refunds may be considered in certain situations.

    Non-Refundable Circumstances

    Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

    User Error: If the issue is due to incorrect login credentials, browser compatibility problems, device issues on the attendee's end, or if an attendee forgets about the conference or has a scheduling conflict.

    Incorrect Conference Date/Time: If you missed the conference due to forgetting the date or having the wrong time.

    REFUND PROCESSING

    Once your refund request is verified and approved, either a full or partial refund of your registration fee will be processed. After that time, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your original payment method.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

    While we take all necessary steps to ensure the virtual conference runs smoothly, we cannot be held responsible for external factors that may prevent your access, including internet connectivity issues, browser or device incompatibility, or other personal technical difficulties.

  • Photo and Video Policy
  • Registration for, attendance at, or participation in a CVPE program constitutes the attendee’s consent to CVPE’s use and distribution of their image and/or voice in photographs, videos, audio recordings, and electronic reproductions. By attending this event, you grant CVPE permission to capture and use your image and/or voice for educational, archival, and promotional purposes.
  • Disclosing Personal Information
  • Disclosing Personal Information - Access and use by third parties: From time to time, we may enter into arrangements with companies that provide educational grant funds, exhibit at, or otherwise support our CE events. We share registrant lists with those companies as well as name, email addresses, and the hospital you affiliate with.

In accordance with University policy and copyright law, the University prohibits distributing and/or posting on the internet any content from conferences without the explicit permission of the instructors and the UCD Weill SVM CVPE.
