Attendees may register for either in-person or virtual participation, with flexible options designed to fit your schedule.

In-Person Registration

Choose the option that works best for you:

• One-Day Pass - Attend on Saturday or Sunday
• Full Weekend Pass - Attend both Saturday and Sunday

Standard in-person pricing will be in effect from August 14, 2026 through November 6, 2026 at 5:00 pm (PT). 

In-person registration will close on November 6, 2026 at 5:00 pm (PT).

Please note that in-person space is limited. Early registration is strongly encouraged to ensure availability.

Breakfast and beverages will be provided for registered in-person attendees. As the San Diego Humane Society campus is vegetarian-only, all meals provided will follow this policy. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please consider bringing your own food; while we will do our best to accommodate, we may not be able to fulfill all requests.

If bringing outside food, we kindly ask that it also adhere to the vegetarian campus guidelines. Please note that decaffeinated coffee will not be available.

Virtual Registration

Standard virtual symposium pricing will be in effect from August 14, 2026 through November 13, 2026 at 12:00 pm (PT).

UC Davis WSVM and San Diego Humane Society (SDHS) Active Employee Discount: Current employees of UC Davis WSVM and San Diego Humane Society are eligible for a discounted rate. Please refer to the registration fee section for additional details.

UC Davis WSVM Alumni Discount:
UC Davis Weill School of Veterinary Medicine alumni (Aggies) receive 10% off standard and on-site same day registration pricing. Use promo code WSVMALUMNI10 at checkout starting August 14, 2026 to apply the discount.

UC Davis Employee Department Billing

UC Davis Employees (Non-VMTH)

Please check with your department to confirm if they will be covering your registration fee. If they are, follow the instructions below. 

• Register for the conference via the normal process.
  • Select UC Davis WSVM Employee Category.
• Payment Page:
  • Select the Invoice Option. ($0 will be owed; the balance will be billed to the department.)
  • Please note that merchandise purchases cannot be billed to the department account. If you choose to purchase merchandise, a separate payment link will be sent to you, which will include an additional $5 processing fee.
    • Enter Invoice Details:
      • Billing Company: UCD Davis Department Name
      • Billing Name: Manager's Name
    • Email Confirmation
      • Send an email to [email protected] with the following:
        • Your Name and the Conference
        • A copy of your receipt
        • The CoA (Charts of Accounts) string for the recharge. (If you don’t have it, ask your manager)

Your registration will be considered incomplete until we receive the CoA string for the recharge.

VMTH Staff Using CE Funds

Complete the VMTH Staff CE & Travel Reimbursement Request Form: Fill out the yellow form and email it to Yuliana Hernandez Rodriguez for CE funding confirmation.

• Register for the conference: Go through the registration process
  • Select UC Davis WSVM Employee Category
• Payment Page:
  • Select the Invoice Option. ($0 will be owed; the balance will be billed to the department.)
