Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Requests received by August 8, 2026, 11:59 PM (PT): Refund minus 15% processing fee
  • Requests received after this deadline: Refund minus 50% processing fee

  • Unfortunately, no, this year's conference is in-person only. Hybrid sessions add significant complication to the event.
  • Will the sessions be recorded? 
  • No recordings will be available.
  • Can I drive to campus? Where do I park?
  • Yes, you may drive to campus. Detailed parking instructions will be shared closer to the conference date. In the meantime, you can find general parking information on the UC Davis Transportation Services Parking Guide.
  • Will Wi-Fi be available? 
  • Yes. Eduroam will be available throughout all conference spaces. For more information, please visit the UC Davis Guest Wireless information page.
