Join the Center for Continuing Professional Education at UC Davis for this year's Fall Symposium on October 27, 2024. We will be featuring expert speakers who will be discussing an array of Year in Review topics ranging from nutrition to preventative medicine and renal.

Attendance is recorded at the lobby registration area when you arrive at the conference.
You are responsible with signing in each day in order to receive CE credit for your participation.
Participants are responsible for determining if specific programs are accepted for CE credit by their State Licensing Board.
You will receive your CE certificate after the conference via email approximately 2 weeks after the event. - WEBINAR
Attendance is recorded through the Zoom when you join a Zoom session.

Webinar Information
- The webinar will be live (Pacific Standard Time) and interactive; it will count for full CE credit. We will use Zoom to host the webinar. If you have never attended a Zoom webinar before, test your computer or mobile device here.
- You can watch the webinar on your computer.
- Ensure your web browser is up to date and that you enable your computer to allow Zoom to have access to your speakers/mic for sound.
A refund will be made, less a $45.00 processing fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing two weeks before the program start date, otherwise registration will be non-refundable. All requests must be made in writing. Submit cancellation request via email to svmcontinuinged@ucdavis.edu.
