Our keynote speaker is Dr. Lori Teller, Texas A&M CVM, providing information on telemedicine and ways practitioners can incorporate telemedicine into their practice.
In 2018, Dr. Teller joined the faculty at Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine as the clinical associate professor of telehealth.She is very passionate about telemedicine and the role it can play in veterinary medicine and will provide the keynote address regarding Texas A&M’s experience with telehealth this past year and provide ways practitioners can incorporate telemedicine into their practice.
Our Fall Symposium Guest Speaker, Dr. Dennis Chew, Professor Emeritus at The Ohio State University, will provide several hours of CE content on the pathophysiology and management of calcium disorders.
Dr. Chew was an attending veterinarian at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital for 36 years and is now Professor Emeritus. He is an expert in the area of nephrology/urology in small animals and has special interest in disorders of calcium metabolism, chronic kidney disease and vitamin D metabolite dynamics.
We are thrilled to partner with the NCAEP and offer several equine lectures from renowned experts providing the latest updates on: advanced equine reproduction techniques, latest updates on colic, & cardiac evaluations in performance horses.
This year's symposium also includes our Small Animal 'Year in Review' sessions which are clinically relevant discussions of the literature including topics on Cardiology with Dr. Marisa Ames & Emergency and Critical Care with Dr. Katherine Farrell.
A dedicated track for VeterinaryTechnicians will be offered with an emphasis on small animal dentistry and anesthesia.
The Full Symposium registrationprice provides access to all of the tracks during the Fall Symposium.
The Equine Only Track registration price includes the four equine sessions plus the keynote lecture (up to 5 hours CE Credit). Note: The Equine track is also included if the full symposium is purchased.

Program Information
CE Information
One hour of continuing education (CE) is defined as 50 minutes of presentation and a 10-minute break. Presentation time includes question and answer time.
CE Certificates
Attendance is recorded through the Aventri Virtual Platform when you join a session.
You must login to the virtual platform with the email address and last name with which you registered for the conference.
The Virtual Platform login link will be provided by email approximately 2 weeks before the event to registered attendees.
Participants are responsible for determining if specific programs are accepted for CE credit by their State Licensing Board.
CE certificates will be emailed out to those who attended the live event within 2 weeks.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be made, less a $30.00 processing fee, if the cancellation request is received 2 weeks before the program start date, otherwise, a refund will be made, less a $75.00 processing fee.
